Monday, March 16th
12 pm - Arrive and Welcome Lunch
Attendees arrive in Wichita and make their way to Chance Rides for a light lunch and introductions.
1:30 pm - Chance Rides Tour and Q&A
You'll tour the 300,000 square foot manufacturing facility where roller coasters, carousels, and observation wheels are built for theme parks around the world. Plenty of time for Q&A with the team.
4 pm - Break
6 pm - BBQ Dinner at Pete's Farm
You'll end the day at Pete Ochs' place for BBQ and wide-ranging conversation in a relaxed setting.
Tuesday, March 17th
8:30 am - Prison Tour
The group will head to tour Pete's prison-based manufacturing operation, a chance to see firsthand how Capital III has built a model that transforms lives while running a profitable business.
11:30 am - Lunch and Q&A
Back at Pete's office for lunch and deeper conversation about stewardship, impact investing, and what it takes to build businesses that do good and do well.
Attendees are free to depart as needed. For those who want to stay longer, Pete has offered to lead an additional tour of Trinity Academy, a school he helped found and remains deeply involved with.
